Midas Touch Interiors – Terms and Conditions of Sale
A deposit of 50% is required on all orders. . There are no refunds or exchange after the order has been confirmed and placed.
The remaining 50% of the balance must be paid before the delivery of the items
.Any damaged items will be replaced or exchanged with an agreed upon replacement.
Special order items that are not stock items of Midas Touch Interiors may require a lead time of 2 to 16 weeks, depending on the item.
No refunds will be issued for special order or non-stock items.
Refunds are also not available for curtains, soft furnishings, or any made-to-measure items under any circumstances.
All balances must be received into Midas Touch Interiors’ bank account at least 1 day prior to delivery. Deliveries will not be made until full payment is received.
Parts of the payment may be paid in cash (Euros, Pounds Sterling, or US Dollars), by all major credit cards, or via bank transfer. Please contact Midas Touch Interiors for full bank account details required for payment.
Midas Touch Interiors is not responsible for goods after delivery to the specified destination. Clients are responsible for ensuring insurance is in place once goods are delivered. We are not responsible for the condition of the client’s property on delivery day. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is clean and that electricity and water are functioning.
If Midas Touch Interiors cannot install items due to property conditions or lack of utilities, an additional charge may apply for a return visit once utilities are connected.
Prior to delivery, property access and all necessary permissions must be arranged by the client, including access authorizations from developers or property representatives.
Keys must be provided to Midas Touch Interiors a minimum of 24 hours before delivery.
Goods may only be returned in perfect condition, and only after agreement with Midas Touch Interiors, and within 5 days of purchase. Returned items will be issued a credit note. Refunds are not available for sale items, damaged or promotional items, or goods sold as seen. Proof of purchase is required for credit note applications.
All goods and services are covered by guarantees provided by our suppliers. The type and duration of guarantees may vary. Midas Touch Interiors will provide information on individual guarantees as applicable.
A complaints book is available at all of our locations. In case of disputes regarding these terms and conditions, both parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of Estepona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply. In case of discrepancies between the meaning of any terms, the Spanish version will prevail.
Data Protection: When you submit queries or information through this website, we may collect your contact details as outlined in our contact form. This information is used to improve our website and services and to contact you about your interior design needs. If you prefer not to be contacted, please email us to request removal of your details from our database.
